I'm working here this week....

The drive was long, but so pretty! Rolling fields & big, red barns everywhere.
I just hope the cold I woke up with this morning wears off by morning! Sniffling and sneezing isn't a very enticing approach when presenting to architects and designers! I'm hoping the Sudafed kicks in soon! In the mean time, let me know if you know of any good antique stores in the Idaho Falls area! I was hoping to do a little after work thrifting tomorrow! Thanks guys!
Night!

Oh la la...I live 10 minutes from IF - I just went thrifting today, but didn't really find anything good. There are a few thrift shops in the old IF downtown area...but I haven't lived her long enough to tell you where EXACTLY to go.
I will ask one of our managers when they call me today! We have a store there and I'm sure one of them would know if there are any!
Hope the cold is gone soon!
Have fun in Idaho! :) Have a great time thrifting! I loooove idaho thrift shops. SO cheap!
Hey girl-I'm from there. I would try the downtown Idaho Falls area. Idaho Youth Ranch, Salvation Army, Lily's, DI. They are all in the same vicinity. I don't know the antique stores names but they are on Park Avenue and Broadway area (also downtown). It will get cold at night but hopefully wear off by the afternoon....consider yourself lucky if the wind isn't blowing. Have fun and think of me. Also-Ross Dress for Less up there always has fun furniture/house stuff. I have tons of stuff in my house from the ROSS up there. It's over by the Grand Teton Mall.
Not too much cold medicine! There's a fine line between no sniffling and "I gah son shtuf ta shoo ya" as you stumble in. hehe and NO PEDICURES!!
Made that drive too many times to say -- I enjoyed Idaho Falls while living in Rexburg... never went thrifting, but I'm sure you'll find some stores! Have a fun time!
Seeing the "Welcome to Idaho" sign reminds me of the little drive we all took--remember? We weren't so sure your car was going to make it back to the apartment!
