Eat at Sarabeth's! Walk across the Brooklyn Bridge. Go to Chelsea Market. The Alice sculpture in Central Park is great. The MOMA is wonderful as is the Frick Museum if you like art, well and the Met. The temple of course.
I am glad you feel better. Oh and one of our favorites is to eat breakfast at Fairway Market on Saturday morning. We have never failed to see a movie star there on a Saturday morning, if you are into that kind of stuff!
